Vereisten:
- Basic understanding of Office, Microsoft 365, and meeting room technologies
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems
- General IT support knowledge (Windows, M365, basic AV setups)
- Experience in executive or VIP support is a plus, but not required
- Solution-oriented and calm under pressure
- Fast learner with a proactive can-do mentality
- Service-minded with strong ownership
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Excellent English is required (spoken & written)
- Flexibility to support meetings between 08:00 and 20:00, depending on global time zones (especially US)
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Validate that all meeting rooms and equipment are fully operational
- Test, monitor, and troubleshoot room connections before and during meetings
- Supervise the technical side of ExCo meetings to ensure stable and uninterrupted connections
- Provide direct, personal IT assistance to ExCo members
- Act as the single point of contact for ExCo members regarding IT issues
- Communicate proactively and ensure fast, high-quality support
- Install and configure new hardware (laptops, phones, peripherals)
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Support basic Office, M365, conferencing tools, and other core platforms
- Collaborate closely with the external IT partner
- Maintain professional and clear communication with all stakeholders
Omschrijving
We are looking for an Executive Meeting & IT Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. This role requires you to work 100% on-site, ensuring that our Executive Committee can rely on seamless technology during meetings. You will be the primary IT contact, supporting the Executive Committee directly while collaborating with an international IT team. We offer a competitive salary of approximately €3,300 gross per month, a temporary employment contract, and strong opportunities for learning in IT, AV, and stakeholder management. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work here.
