Vereisten:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Entra ID Connect services
- Experience with FIDO2 authentication and hardware security keys is a plus
- Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks
- Good understanding of core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and practices
- Familiarity with Customer IAM (CIAM) platforms or willingness to learn
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and take responsibility for operational activities
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Providing Level 3 support for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, resolving complex issues and ensuring continuous service performance
- Automating identity-related operations and workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Implementing and supporting IAM policies including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and role-based access controls
- Operating and improving Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences
- Collaborating within ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management related to identity services
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing identity infrastructure and integrations with other enterprise systems
