Product Manager / Application Support

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of internal product development projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with global expectations and achievement of internal milestones; - Monitor project progress on a daily basis, reporting any delays or issues to the VP of Product Management, and proposing appropriate mitigation plans; - Collaborate with other Product Managers to identify potential synergies and dependencies between products, aiming to optimize development processes and reduce costs; - Support the VP of Product Management in defining and managing the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs; - Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape; - Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical specifications for the R&D and Product Development teams, as well as external partners when necessary; - Work closely with R&D, Product Development teams, and external partners to prioritize features, plan releases, and manage trade-offs; - Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Application teams to ensure successful product launches and consistent messaging; - Support product demos, application and pre-sales activities, and customer discussions to align expectations and gather valuable insights; - Monitor product performance, usage, and customer satisfaction post-launch, and recommend improvements in collaboration with the Field Service and other Application team members; - Promote and support continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
