Product Manager - Application Support

As a Product Manager, I serve as the key interface between Product Management and the R&D, Product Development, and Business Development teams. I ensure that our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to customers. My key responsibilities include: - Overseeing and managing a portfolio of internal product development projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with global expectations and achievement of internal milestones. - Monitoring project progress daily, reporting any delays or issues to the VP of Product Management, and proposing appropriate mitigation plans. - Collaborating with other Product Managers to identify potential synergies and dependencies between products, aiming to optimize development processes and reduce costs. - Supporting the VP of Product Management in defining and managing the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs. - Gathering and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape. - Translating customer and market requirements into clear technical specifications for the R&D and Product Development teams, as well as external partners when necessary. - Working closely with R&D, Product Development teams, and external partners to prioritize features, plan releases, and manage trade-offs. - Coordinating with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Application teams to ensure successful product launches and consistent messaging. - Supporting product demos, application and pre-sales activities, and customer discussions to align expectations and gather valuable insights. - Monitoring product performance, usage, and customer satisfaction post-launch, and recommending improvements in collaboration with the Field Service and other Application team members. - Promoting and supporting continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
