Senior Frontend Developer

- Design, build, and evolve our design system - from primitive components to complex interaction patterns. - Develop and maintain reusable UI component libraries, ensuring clear APIs, accessibility, and scalability. - Create data-visualisation primitives (e.g., charting layers, D3-based abstractions, and 3D elements) that Solutions teams can extend. - Architect and formalize frontend patterns for layout, state management, workflows, and domain-specific interaction models. - Collaborate with UX to turn design concepts into robust, reusable components and patterns. - Work closely with Solutions teams to understand real needs, identify gaps, and design primitives that make downstream development faster and more consistent. - Contribute to the direction of our frontend stack, evaluating modern libraries and tools - not just consuming them. - Deliver highly maintainable code, supported by solid documentation, testing, and versioning strategies. - Work AI-First: embrace modern tools and automation to accelerate delivery, reduce friction, and raise quality.
