- Act as a subject matter expert of our IT Solutions and Baggage system behavior - Provide advanced support for the Incident Management process, resolving complex technical issues efficiently - Analyze system and application logs to identify root causes, gather diagnostic data, and support problem resolution - Deploy, configure, and improve IT monitoring tools to ensure proactive system health and performance tracking - Support activities to update and upgrade business-critical environments - Support and train local support teams to strengthen their capabilities and toolsets - Collaborate with internal teams, service desks, and customer stakeholders to continuously improve IT services, standards, and processes
