To succeed in this role, I look for individuals who possess a solid technical background combined with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-tier customer support. Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment, is essential. A strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences is crucial. Excellent communication skills in both English and French at C1/C2 level are required, with fluency in Dutch being a plus. I appreciate candidates who are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software is also important. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and training are necessary.
Verantwoordelijkheden
In this position, I expect you to respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions. You will create and manage support tickets in the system to track customer interactions and issues. Guiding clients in selecting and correctly installing products to ensure optimal use and functionality is part of your role. You will conduct training sessions for users on product features, including hands-on demonstrations of wiring and configuration. Additionally, analyzing reported issues and testing products to verify functionality and troubleshoot potential defects are key responsibilities. Occasionally, you may need to visit installation sites to assist installers or provide on-site training to end users.

I offer the opportunity to work from home two days per week, with a salary between EUR 2800-3200 gross based on 40 hours.
