- Lead end-to-end SAP ILM and Data Archiving implementations, including OpenText Data Archiving, standard and custom archiving objects, and Print List management.
- Design and execute document migration strategies from legacy SAP Content Servers to modern platforms (e.g., SER DOXIS, MS Azure Cloud, SAP IQ).
- Implement and configure ArchiveLink document types and ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA and other SAP environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate document linkage integrity, ensuring business continuity and audit readiness.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, user training, and support for new archiving frameworks.
- Analyze SAP table growth, identify archiving opportunities, and optimize database performance using DVM reports.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, job scheduling, and monitoring for archiving processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) through ILM Retention Warehouse and HR data deletion.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
