Several years of relevant professional work experience as a cloud engineer or in a comparable position.
Experience in working with cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience with (setting up) Azure databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or Puppet.
Good knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or Bash.
Excellent English communication skills and you know how to lobby via conversation, supported by data.
You enjoy the complexity of SaaS and work in a structured way with a step-by-step approach.
You believe in teamwork.
You don’t mind a stand-by shift (evenings or weekend) from time to time.

Where will you be working?
In one of our SaaS platform teams at our TOPdesk headquarters in Delft! Think of a team of social technicians passionate about what they do and value open communication, including giving and receiving feedback. At TOPdesk, everyone’s voice is heard, and we believe in the power of listening to each other.
We are committed to working according to agile principles. We always have tasks related to maintenance, improvements, and working smarter. As a team, we determine what has high priority in our backlog. During our 2-week sprints, we deliver what we’ve committed to. Retrospectives keep us on our toes and guide us in making continuous improvements.
We expect you and the team to be playful but responsible with technology. In the interview, we’d want to hear what you’ve figured out and implemented tech-wise in your previous or current job.
