- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- English is required, other languages are welcome.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, working with partners and sales.
- Experience with IT Enterprise Infrastructure services (Linux, Windows OS, Network and Storage) Applications and Data Center Operations.
- Strong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to use project management skills to accomplish key milestones and execute deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills.
- Customer Focus and Quality of Product/Service mindset.
- Ability to travel for partner and customer engagements.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Responsible for building a partner program on services and solutions for EMEA.
- Responsible for growing Services and solutions revenue in EMEA.
- Responsible for defining services solutions, RFPs, Services executions and working with sales on services projects.
- Prepare and deliver training on local services solutions & Onsite Installations to internal sales, customers, and business partners.
- Work with service partners in the region to deliver Turn-Key Enterprise Data Center Hardware/Rack Integration services solutions.
- Build training programs for Data Center Servicing and Solutions to our business partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams and business partners on customer-facing capacity.
- Support partners in EMEA by reviewing their servicing performance and assisting with customer RFPs.
- Establish rapport and expand knowledge for Supermicro Sales to sell more services.
- Identify opportunities or gaps together with sales and partners and provide feedback for Products, Services, and Rack Integration Solution improvement.
- Travel for partner and customer engagements.
