Vereisten
Vereisten:
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (WEB level 4 with 4+ years experience, or HBO Engineering degree)
- Strong experience in data centers or other critical environments
- Authorized LV/HV switching certification (NEN3140 / NEN3840)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong ownership mentality
- Ability to lead work safely under pressure
- VCA (Safety for Operational Supervisors) certification (required or achievable shortly after start)
- BHV certification
- Nominated Person / Installatieverantwoordelijke experience is a strong plus
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems operate at peak efficiency
- Lead and oversee planned preventative maintenance, corrective work, and emergency response
- Plan and execute work on 1-line electrical systems, in line with approved PPM schedules
- Prepare and review detailed Methods of Procedure (MoPs) for high-risk activities
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring work follows approved procedures
- Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and effectively, communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Ensure all work is properly logged and administered in accordance with site processes
- Monitor site conditions to maintain safety, compliance, and operational continuity
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness
- Keep the Manager of Operations and customers fully informed of planned and corrective activities
