- Lead the design of new experiences and products that impact how QuillBot users communicate effectively. - Guide projects from ideation through execution, ensuring every detail is considered and every interaction is refined for a cohesive, intuitive experience. - Demonstrate mastery in design, with an exceptional eye for detail and nuance in the UI. - Ensure that our products not only function well but also delight users. - Partner with UX research to inform design decisions. Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process. - Design with measurable impact in mind, creating solutions that drive activation, deepen user engagement, and broaden how our tools are used. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, writers, and brand, to create cohesive and innovative design solutions. - Push the boundaries of what writing tools can be. Experiment with new ideas and approaches that enhance the writing process. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team.
