Business Analyst, Manufacturing Systems

In this role, I will focus on several key responsibilities: - Understand core manufacturing processes, including production planning, execution, quality management, and logistics integration. - Document manufacturing functionality and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, MES, and shop floor systems. - Ensure that SAP S/4HANA and MES configurations support effective manufacturing processes, including mapping data requirements and defining transformation logic between ERP, MES, and reporting tools. - Support end-to-end integration design and documentation across SAP and connected platforms, collaborating with architects to ensure data flow consistency and assisting in testing integration scenarios. - Produce clear documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, data mapping sheets, and test scripts, while supporting UAT execution and delivering training sessions for business and IT teams. - Act as a bridge between business SMEs and technical teams by translating manufacturing needs into system specifications and collaborating with supply chain, IT, and data governance teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
