Business Analyst - Research and Development

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: - Understand R&D processes, including product lifecycle management, new product introduction, quality, pilot planning, recipe management, packaging, artwork, and regulatory compliance. - Document R&D functionality and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and related systems. - Ensure SAP S/4HANA and Centric PLM configurations support effective R&D processes. - Map data requirements, flows, and define transformation logic between ERP, PLM, and reporting tools. - Support end-to-end integration design and documentation and collaborate with architects to ensure data flow consistency while assisting in testing integration scenarios. - Produce clear documentation including process flows, functional specs, data mapping sheets, and test scripts. - Support UAT execution and deliver training sessions for business and IT teams. - Act as a bridge between business SMEs and technical teams, translating R&D needs into system specifications. - Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, IT, and data governance teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
