- OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience (preferred)
- Solution pre-sales for business applications, AI solutions and/or SaaS-based company or similar technology (preferred)
- 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management (preferred)
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture) (preferred)
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customers solution design endorsement.
- Engage with the account team to support solution envisioning sessions, deliver hackathons and workshops.
- Lead discovery sessions in each opportunity, yielding output of customer-agreed business challenges and win themes prioritized with business value.
- Leverage AI tools to be effective and efficient in identifying opportunities and closing deals faster.
- Proactively deliver compelling customer-centric solution demonstrations with domain expertise with emphasis on storytelling, platform & one Microsoft approach.
- Address solution architecture considerations in collaboration with GBBs and Partners.
- Handle objections by leveraging competitive replacement programs and battle cards.
- Assist in formalizing the customer proposal.
- Collaborate with Partners and Customer Success to align on agreed-upon deployment plan and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure consumption model for Agents and adoption plan for Power Platform are in place for customers.
