Vereisten:
- A solid knowledge of SQL, with Trinos dialect being preferable.
- Basic Python skills, as we are responsible for maintaining a small piece of Python infrastructure.
- Basic management skills, such as backlog management and the ability to communicate with highly technical personnel.
- At least three years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge in the field of software development (compilers and build systems) is a plus.
- Experience with Airflow and/or Astronomer is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Kotlin and Java is a plus.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Shape and implement the departments analytics strategy, including continuing the transition to self-service and implementing company-wide data management tools in collaboration with the Data Office.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and mentor one other data analyst, including conducting in-depth reviews of their code (mostly SQL, but also small chunks of Python), contributing to their professional development, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Figure out how to measure technical innovations at the product level when direct measurement is impossible due to technical limitations.
