Vereisten:
- Minimum 6 years of work experience as a Java Developer
- Experience working at and with enterprise organizations
- Solid experience with Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST, integration testing, and Microservices
- Database knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and/or NoSQL
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS); Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD, AI tooling, accessibility, NodeJS, or other back-end languages/frameworks is a plus
- Enjoy coaching developers in their technical and soft skills and easily take the lead
- Fluent in English

- Serve as the key point of contact for clients and lead project teams
- Ensure projects are technically solid and contribute to clients business objectives
- Be involved in the entire journey from concept to impact
- Guide, motivate, and inspire team members to excel
