- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles
- Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations, plus ability to identify and support sales opportunities
