Vereisten
Vereisten:
- Has at least MBO-4 education (Dutch secondary vocational education), in ICT (system administration, cloud & infrastructure management, or similar)
- Preferably has knowledge of log monitoring
- Is strong in communication and able to clearly highlight risks and challenges
- Speaks fluent Dutch & English
- Has experience with Linux and/or Windows
- Experience with Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud is a plus, but not required
- Plus: Splunk certificates (Core User, Power User, Certified Admin, Cloud Admin, etc.)
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Implement Splunk and/or Carbon Black Cloud cybersecurity solutions for our clients
- Act as the main point of contact during implementations, guiding clients through the process step by step
- Configure and deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with client needs and goals
- Provide expert advice and translate technical details into clear guidance for clients
- Build in-depth knowledge of Splunk and Carbon Black Cloud while also developing skills across other Fox products
- Ensure smooth handover of implementations to operational teams (both client-side and NCC Group)
- Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities during implementation and communicate them effectively
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Managed Services and wider NCC Group teams
