Vereisten:
- We require proficiency in C++.
- We require willingness and ability to learn and use new languages and tools.
- We require at least 3 years of experience with software engineering.
- For medior and senior levels, we require 3 to 10 years of experience with embedded software engineering.
- We require a Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a similar field, or relevant work experience or education equivalent to this.
- For medior and senior levels, we require a proven track record in embedded software engineering.
- We require a certificate of conduct (VOG).
- We require affinity with Defence and Security applications.
- Experience with real-time systems and complex signal processing is a valuable asset.
- Experience developing applications for Linux and/or FreeRTOS is a valuable asset.
- Experience developing and/or working with Software Defined Radios is a valuable asset.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C# is a valuable asset.
- Experience with RF systems is a valuable asset.
- Excellent English writing skills are a valuable asset.
- A Masters degree or Ph.D. is a valuable asset.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- We develop high-complexity, efficient embedded software.
- We develop and execute test plans.
- We write documentation.
- We participate in multidisciplinary teams and deliver products on time and within budget.
- For medior and senior levels, we lead tasks and work packages related to software architecture and design.
- For senior level, we perform system engineering duties across hardware and embedded software disciplines for prototypes and new products.
- We collaborate on projects across multiple hardware and software development teams.
- We contribute to product development and R&D projects.
Omschrijving
We are Embedded Engineering, a small and dynamic high-tech company focused on product development for Defence and Security applications. We are expanding our team in Rijswijk, on the northern edge of Delft, and we currently have openings at junior, medior and senior level. Our team consists of 5–10 embedded software engineers working closely with multiple hardware and software development teams. We value open communication, ownership, willingness to learn and grow, and technical expertise. We offer 31 days of paid vacation per year, profit sharing, a pension plan, a company phone or phone allowance, and company lunches. Our employment is full-time at 40 hours per week, with part-time possible from 24 hours per week. The working language is English, and our work is performed in person.
