Vereisten:
- You have a finished degree in Electrical, Automotive, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering at a BSc or MSc level.
- At least 3 years of work experience. Automotive experience is a plus but not always necessary. Experience in embedded software development and knowledge of ISO 15504 or CMMI quality systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is a preference.
- As a professional, you focus on results and are able to manage your planning and set priorities. With the automotive industry focused on quality, you also share this commitment. You bring strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and proactive approach.
- You have a visionary outlook and a willingness to focus on innovations in terms of new ideas and work methods. You possess strong analytical and experimental skills, enabling you to make independent judgments.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- You will possess interpersonal skills to work effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Conduct technical risk analysis in agreement with the customer for system-level product functionality and Hardware/Software specifications.
- Ensure the correct functioning of the control algorithm by software parameterization.
- Ensure all electrical/electronic engineering responsible deliverables meet compliance with customer and internal company product & project gateways.
- Function as a technical liaison between our Mechanical, Process, and Test engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prove product robustness and reliability through agreed Design Validation Plans.
- Proactively support both our customer and supplier quality assurance departments to enable component and product sign-off agreements for Electrical & Electronic engineering issues.
- Support the design and development of control algorithms.
- Perform analyses to identify performance limitations and optimize system function.
- Support the implementation of control algorithms in Matlab/Simulink and in real-time systems in sunroofs.
- Design and perform sunroof tests to verify control system performance and robustness.
