- 6–10 years experience in technology strategy, product management, software engineering, or digital transformation with a background in consulting.
- Outstanding analytical & conceptual skills.
- Strong customer focus & mental agility with a results orientation.
- Familiarity with data and AI/ML technologies, including how they enable product differentiation and business scalability.
- Ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of clients.
- A university degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees are advantageous.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Work closely with our Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area (PIPE) to address technology challenges.
- Engage directly with investment professionals, CTOs, CPOs, and BCG experts on strategic technology questions.
- Conduct product & tech due diligence to assess a targets product and technology platform.
- Support portfolio leadership teams in defining and executing value creation plans focused on product innovation and technology modernization.
- Collaborate with BCG case teams and industry experts to utilize technical insight and strategic thinking to unlock value through technology.
