Senior IT Consultant - Platinion - Insurance/Financial Services

As a member of our team, I will provide consulting services focused on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions. I will create technology platforms and deliver exceptionally customized solutions of the future for our clients, addressing everything from data strategies to next-generation customer journey solutions and transformational business models. My role will involve solving daunting challenges that companies face today and shaping the future they envision. As a Senior IT Consultant, I will work in an international environment, closely with our client’s leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for my recommendations, and collaborate with BCG case team members to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments. I will deploy customized IT strategies and digital platforms, leveraging cutting-edge tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization. I will be responsible for specific parts of the project, evaluating and coaching our clients’ technology teams, managing quality and risk, and maintaining client expectations. Additionally, I will help develop groundbreaking projects by enabling our clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation. My role will involve a variety of technology topics, applying my technical consulting skills to strategic technology questions. I will receive extensive training and mentoring to enhance my technical skills and support junior team members while also contributing to project proposals and building relationships with peers.
