Vereisten:
- 4 to 10 years of IT Architecture experience in IT/technology consulting, financial institutions, financial services, or the banking industry.
- Hands-on experience with core banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, Mambu, FIS Profile, Avaloq, and others.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end banking processes, including customer onboarding, payments, loans, deposits, customer data management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Experience in cloud platforms for hosting core banking applications, including data concepts such as management, security, governance, databases, and integration.
- Experience modernizing legacy banking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to client sites.
- A university degree with above-average academic performance in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- For candidates based in The Netherlands: Fluent in English; Dutch is highly desirable.
- For candidates based in Belgium: Fluent in English, with French or Flemish as an additional requirement.
Verantwoordelijkheden
As a Senior IT Architect, I will provide consulting services focused on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions. I will create technology platforms and deliver exceptionally customized solutions for our clients, from data strategies to next-generation customer journey solutions and transformational business models. I will work alongside a bold, energetic, and collaborative team, evaluating and coaching clients' technology teams, defining technology strategies, architecture solutions, and helping to design the future. I will actively support technical implementations on-site, applying my sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical and conceptual skills. As I continue to acquire experience, I will take responsibility for owning delivery for specific project modules” and help develop technical concepts for those modules. I will also contribute to the Financial Services Practice Area development and help build the BCG brand as a key member of the case team.
