- Act as the first point of contact for end-users facing ICT issues
- Provide ICT support and troubleshoot problems
- Assist in resetting passwords and resolving complex issues in collaboration with ICT specialists
- Continuously improve the service delivered to clients
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations at the Shared Servicedesk
Omschrijving
At OGD, we offer an exciting IT traineeship where you can learn the ins and outs of the industry and determine the direction of your IT career. You will start with a full-time month of courses and practical days, working alongside a small group of peers. After the initial month, you will work with our clients or remain at our Shared Servicedesk. Join us to develop your skills and contribute directly to the success of various organizations.
