Vereisten:
- Have an MBO-4 level of education and thinking, preferably in IT
- Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure
- Have experience supporting and maintaining SQL Server databases, which would be considered an advantage
- Have knowledge of Windows workstations, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Communicate effectively in English and are comfortable working mainly on site
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Supporting local infrastructure, including Active Directory, DHCP, VPN, VMware, backups, and network connectivity
- Resolving IT queries and incidents through the ticketing system related to workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and end users
- Installing, configuring, and replacing hardware and software within a Windows environment
- Contributing to local and international IT projects, such as workstation replacements, telephony, meeting rooms, and the setup of a new facility
