M365 Engineer

- Managing and supporting MS applications and MS-related maintenance - Managing user accounts, rights, and access controls in a secure environment - Implementing and enforcing stringent security measures to ensure IT safety - Assisting users with their questions and providing training and instructions - Documenting IT processes, guidelines, and procedures to ensure clarity - Actively contributing to automating processes within the support team - Deliver functional and technical remote support to customers - Identify, recommend, and implement system configuration recommendations and performs remote system set-ups and configurations - Resolve customers application questions or problems in the areas of system configuration/setup, and product functionality; this includes referral and interfacing to appropriate Microsoft and other IT departments for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting - Maintain up-to-date knowledge for all core Microsoft products
