Vereisten
Vereisten:
- Proven experience in testing medical devices or safety-critical systems
- Strong background in embedded systems testing, including real-time operating environments
- Hands-on expertise in C++ (preferably C++/20) for test automation or system validation
- Familiarity with network protocols and system-level testing methodologies
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, IEC 62304) is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-evolving, innovative environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bonus if you have experience with:
- Test automation frameworks
- Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing
- CI/CD pipelines in regulated environments
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build the testing foundation: Design and set up a complete testing environment from scratch, aligned with medical industry standards.
- End-to-end system validation: Test across hardware, firmware, and user interface layers of an embedded medical system.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Verify that all components meet strict medical norms and safety requirements (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
- Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with R&D, software, and hardware teams to integrate testing into the full development lifecycle.
- Drive quality excellence: Identify risks early, define test strategies, and deliver robust, patient-safe solutions.
