We work hybrid, gathering in the office as a full team on Wednesdays, while allowing flexibility to work from home or the office on other days. The primary location for this team is Arnhem, with occasional collaboration at various Alliander locations across the country. For this 40-hour work week, we offer: - A salary ranging from €4.955 to €7.079 gross per month (scale 10). - An individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. - 24.5 vacation days per year, with options to purchase additional days from your IKB. - A 6% annual year-end bonus based on your annual salary. - A Sustainable Employability Budget (DIB) of €500 per year for various personal development purposes. - A NS-Business Card for sustainable travel, with mileage reimbursement for personal transport.
