Vereisten:
- 10+ years of experience as a Backend Developer
- Expertise in Kotlin (Java), MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Experience in Cloud (Azure preferred, AWS/Google experience accepted)
- Experience leading/mentoring backend developers, preferably in microservice landscape for an internet-facing app
- Familiarity with CI/CD, including test automation integrations and release engineering automation (Azure DevOps and Github Actions)
- Strong understanding of code quality, IT security, test automation, and cloud practices
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Ability to identify technical improvements and contribute to a technical roadmap
- Already located in The Netherlands
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and scale microservices in Kotlin for our Transport Planning team
- Design and deliver technical solutions aligning with our architecture and business processes
- Hands-on development, including creating proofs of concept, writing clean code, implementing automated testing, ensuring security and code quality, and setting best practices
- Contribute to shaping and evolving our technical guidelines for long-term scalability
- Collaborate and share expertise in cross-team initiatives within the AH Stores and Supply Chain Technology Platform
- Improve team skills and processes to deliver business value faster and more effectively
