Business Analyst, Responsible Investments

- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst - Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or equivalent - Self-starter taking ownership of deliverables and proactive in highlighting and addressing impediments - Domain knowledge of the asset management domain and preferably also of the Responsible Investment domain - Understanding and appreciation of business context considerations in data pipelines including data quality, data governance, lineage and other metadata aspects - Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills - Business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry, ideally with background in the asset management industry - Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders - Flexible, pragmatic and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills - Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions in multinational environment - Any qualifications like CFA will be a plus
