Requirements
Must:
- MBO level of working and thinking in a technical field
- Technical knowledge of, for example, electrical engineering, electronics, or refrigeration technology
- Strong communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good command of the English language (native English speakers are welcome; German as a native language with English as a second language is also acceptable)
- Experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, engineers, and distributors across Europe
- Provide support via phone and email to ensure optimal equipment operation
- Assist with repairs, maintenance, modifications, and testing of equipment, both in the workshop and occasionally on-site at customer locations
- Handle the correct processing of returns and manage related administration
- Arrange the procurement of necessary materials and tools
