Requirements
Must:
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur secretarieel
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels
- Ervaring met MS Office, SharePoint en Teams
- Je bent proactief, georganiseerd en denkt in oplossingen
Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van de Projectdirecteur en Projectmanagers
- Zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van administratie tot planning
- Beheren van stakeholdercommunicatie
- Plannen van meetings en bewaken van actiepunten
- Voorbereiden van presentaties en meedenken over procesverbeteringen
- Structuur aanbrengen in drukke dagen en zorgen dat het team gefocust blijft

Wij bieden een salaris tussen €3.000,- en €4.300,- bruto per maand, een tijdelijke opdracht tot en met mei 2027, en de mogelijkheid om 28-32 uur per week te werken binnen een professioneel projectteam in Gorinchem.
