Requirements
Must:
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je hebt ervaring met secretariële werkzaamheden en/of document control
- Je bent gewend om te werken in een projectomgeving
- Je woont in Arnhem of in de directe omgeving
- Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar vanaf april
Responsibilities
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen
- Je plant, bereid en organiseer vergaderingen en overleggen
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen tijdig over de juiste informatie beschikken
- Je stemt af met de facilitaire dienst en regelt kantoorbenodigdheden
- Je coördineert ICT-ondersteuning voor het team
- Je organiseert en boekt hotelovernachtingen voor projectmedewerkers
- Je beheert, archiveert en structureert projectdocumentatie
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alles overzichtelijk en up-to-date blijft

Wij bieden een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €4.500 op basis van 40 uur, een fulltime functie, en een vast werkplek in Arnhem binnen een professioneel en betrokken projectteam.
