Requirements
Must:
- MBO-diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving
- Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie (Lean/Six Sigma is een pré)
- Praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
- Communicatief vaardig en een echte teamspeler
Responsibilities
- Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en oplossen van technische vraagstukken
- Analyseren van data zoals stilstand en afkeur en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
- Ondersteunen van de productie bij storingen en afwijkingen
- Zorgdragen voor gedocumenteerde en reproduceerbare processen
- Uitvoeren van kleinere investeringsprojecten, zoals implementeren van nieuwe machines of productielijnen
- Werken met software-aanpassingen en hardware-optimalisaties
- Fungeren als kennishouder van de apparatuur en bijdragen aan verbeteringen in kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid
