Requirements
Must:
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met WFT-Basis
- Minimaal 2 jaar administratieve werkervaring
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en sterk in plannen & organiseren
- Affiniteit met de hypotheekmarkt

Responsibilities
- Verwerken, controleren en beheren van administratieve gegevens rondom hypotheken
- Zorgen dat klantgegevens correct in het systeem (QSP) staan
- Compleet maken van dossiers en tijdig overmaken van hypotheekgelden naar de notaris
- Bezig met data-entry en verwerken van hypotheekmutaties
- Beheren van klantdossiers
- Telefonisch contact hebben met externe partijen zoals notarissen
- Behandelen van e-mails en tweedelijns telefonie
- Zorgen voor soepele processen binnen de afdeling Acceptatie

Hier krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende organisatie, met een salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.700 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder een reiskostenvergoeding.
