Als Junior Hypotheekacceptant behandel je hypotheekaanvragen van A tot Z. Je beoordeelt documenten, toetst de aanvragen aan wet- en regelgeving en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling. In het begin ligt de nadruk op leren en onder begeleiding werken, maar je groeit snel in zelfstandigheid. Na het behalen van je Wft-certificaten en het opbouwen van ervaring, maak je de stap naar medior en vervolgens senior hypotheekacceptant. Voor de echte uitblinkers ligt daarna een leidinggevende rol als teamleider in het verschiet.

Je start met een salaris tussen de €2.750,- en €2.950,- en je hebt ruime mogelijkheden om door te groeien.
