Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt minimaal 4-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal;
- Je hebt ervaring met agendabeheer en het organiseren van reizen;
- Je hebt een proactieve, zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding;
- Je bent per direct beschikbaar.

Responsibilities
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning van de afdeling en het management;
- Je beheert complexe agendas;
- Je organiseert vergaderingen en bereidt agendas voor;
- Je regelt zakenreizen van A tot Z (vluchten, verblijf en vervoer);
- Je verwerkt gegevens zorgvuldig en beheert documenten;
- Je houdt contact met verschillende interne stakeholders en beantwoordt vragen over procedures;
- Je ondersteunt bij kleine initiatieven en zorgt dat alles administratief tot in detail klopt;
- Je schakelt continu tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.
