Als commercieel directeur stuur ik het commerciële beleid aan, geef ik richting aan de verkoopstrategie en zorg ik ervoor dat de organisatie blijft groeien. Ik weet precies hoe ik nieuwe klanten aantrek, commerciële processen optimaliseer en teams inspireer om gezamenlijke doelen te behalen. New business is de rode draad van mijn functie als commercieel directeur.
Daarnaast draag ik actief bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van een strategie die aansluit op de lange termijn visie van de organisatie. Ik fungeer als sparringpartner voor de directie en neem het voortouw in veranderingsprocessen die verdere groei mogelijk maken. Ik coördineer het volledige aanbestedingsproces, van identificatie tot gunning, en zorg ervoor dat strategische contracten worden binnengehaald.

De functie van commercieel directeur is per direct voor 40 uur per week in te vullen, met een startsalaris tussen de € 7.000,- en € 9.000,- bruto per maand. Wij staan ook open voor een commercieel manager met operationele ervaring, die graag de stap richting directie maakt. Wij bieden: - Direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever; - Een startsalaris tussen de € 7.000,- en € 9.000,- bruto per maand op basis van fulltime, afhankelijk van kennis én ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Auto van de zaak; - Een pensioenregeling; - Bonusregeling; - Laptop én telefoon van de zaak; - De mogelijkheid om (deels) thuis te werken; - Een groeiende, gezonde én gezellige organisatie. Ontzorgen voor de klanten staat bij onze opdrachtgever uit Eemnes centraal. Onze opdrachtgever ziet zichzelf als een betrokken en vertrouwde partner in vaste werving, contracten, (e-)facturatie, rapportages en consultancy voor overheidsinstanties. Het doel is om eerlijke inhuur bij de overheid makkelijker te maken.
