Requirements
Must:
- Afgeronde universitaire opleiding Orthopedagogiek of Psychologie
- Bij voorkeur BIG-geregistreerd als GZ-psycholoog of Orthopedagoog-Generalist
- Ervaring met mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking en (zeer) intensieve begeleidingsvragen
- Ervaring met onvrijwillige zorg en opname (WZD en RM)
- Kennis van of ervaring met Triple-C is een pré
- Betrouwbaar en duidelijk in communicatie
- Toegankelijk en ondersteunt collegas in hun kracht
- Besluitvaardig en doortastend in het nemen van beslissingen
- Flexibel en biedt nabijheid onder uitdagende omstandigheden

Responsibilities
- Draagt behandelinhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid en levert een actieve bijdrage aan kwaliteit van zorg, beleid en ontwikkelprojecten
- Staat dichtbij de teams en helpt hen bouwen, reflecteren en groeien
- Draagt de behandelvisie Triple C uit richting teams en cliënten
- Werkt als mediërend behandelaar aan beeldvorming, diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en multidisciplinaire overleggen met o.a. de Arts VG en psychiater
- Werkt methodisch en indiceert diagnostiek en behandeling
- Is constructief in contact met wettelijk vertegenwoordigers, cliëntvertrouwenspersonen en andere belanghebbenden
