Requirements
Must:
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in IT with at least an MBO or HBO level and an MCSA certification. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of key IT infrastructure components such as Cisco, VMware, server-based computing, and Switching. Experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems as well as in-depth knowledge of HP and Apple hardware and software is essential.
Responsibilities
As a first-line helpdesk employee, you will be responsible for efficiently resolving technical issues, providing support to users within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contributing to achieving SLAs that Lancom has signed with its customers. You will also handle reactive and proactive tickets, provide user support over the phone, monitor ticket priorities, contribute to improving management processes, and resolve second-line escalations in accordance with procedures.
