Requirements
Must:
- minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare systeembeheer ervaring;
- servicedeskervaring: werken met ITIL en SMART documenten;
- certificeringen op het vlak van Azure/Microsoft 365, of de wil deze te behalen;
- een rijbewijs of de bereidheid om te reizen;
- een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk);
Responsibilities
- Initiatief tonen en actief werken op locatie bij onze 50+ MKB-klanten;
- Beheren en onderhouden van IT-omgevingen;
- Werken aan serverbeheer en adviseren over cloudoplossingen (Azure/Microsoft 365);
- Netwerkstoringen oplossen en ondersteuning bieden bij werkplekbeheer;
- Proactief klanten benaderen met verbetervoorstellen en meedenken over de beste IT-oplossingen;
- Samen met teamleden beslissingen nemen en oplossingen implementeren;
- Kansen spotten om onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren;
