Must:

- Kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagement methodieken
- Praktische ervaring met het begeleiden van teams in verschillende ontwikkelniveaus
- Ervaring met het laten groeien van teams in volwassenheid en performance
- Stevige persoonlijkheid: je durft te zeggen waar het op staat en weet mensen te bewegen
Responsibilities
- Begeleiden van teams in hun agile werkwijze en groei
- Faciliteren van scrum-events en het wegnemen van impediments
- Coachen van teams richting zelforganisatie en high performance
- Samenwerken met andere Scrum Masters binnen de ART en bijdragen aan continue verbetering
- Ondersteunen van de ART bij Lean Portfolio Management

Je faciliteert, coacht en daagt teams uit met een Can Do mentaliteit. We bieden een salaris tussen € 5.310,- en € 7.585,- bruto per maand, een individueel keuze budget van 18% van je bruto jaarsalaris, 24,5 vakantiedagen, en flexibele werkmogelijkheden.
