Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau
- Een Scrum Master-certificaat (PSM of CSM)
- Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring bij één of meerdere werkgevers
- Een flinke dosis ervaring met het coachen van teams richting een effectieve samenwerking
- Beheersing Nederlandse taal op B1 niveau
Responsibilities
- Coach jouw teams, de POs en de ART waar je werkzaam bent
- Zorgen dat teams meer zelf organiserend werken aan waarde leveren
- Bijdragen aan het bepalen van de richting en het uitvoeren van de agile transformatie binnen Alliander
- Delen van jouw kennis en ervaring binnen de community
- Samenwerken met de product owner, team en business owners om de juiste resultaten te behalen en hierin continu te verbeteren
