Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of HBO/WO level of education
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, including certification
- Knowledge of or affinity with energy systems, HMI, UX/UI, or front-end development
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders within an Agile Release Train
- Proven ability to define a product vision and roadmap within a SAFe Framework
- Fluency in English
- Strong customer focus
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the HMI platform
- Translate user input (e.g., from Operators) into concrete backlog items
- Coordinate with other teams across Alliander to access necessary data
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on user value and data availability
- Steer the team in developing dashboards, status updates, notifications, and map visualizations
