Requirements
Must:
- HBO/WO level and 3–5 years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of or affinity with energy systems and control information platforms
- Experience working in an Agile Release Train (ART) and SAFe framework
- Proven experience in defining product vision and roadmaps
- Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes in politically and operationally sensitive environments
- Experience handling high-impact customer interactions where decisions directly affect customers and market parties
- Customer focus is second nature to you
Responsibilities
- Defining and communicating the product vision, goals, and roadmap for core products like HEDERA, CAV, and ODS
- Translating stakeholder input into concrete backlog items, prioritizing based on value, and managing the product backlog and roadmaps
- Leading the strategic domain of Grid Aware Charging, aligning requirements, and making key decisions
- Owning complex stakeholder and customer relationships, including expectation management, escalations, and cross-domain decision-making with market parties and internal teams
- Coordinating with other teams across Alliander to align overarching epics, participate in ART synchronization, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to guide your team in delivering stable, sustainable value
