Requirements
Must:
- We have proven experience with IAM onboarding, identity lifecycle management and provisioning
- We have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ
- We have experience with API integrations and data connectivity
- We can analyze complex technical dependencies and risks
- We can explain technical choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- We have a logical way of thinking
Responsibilities
- We onboard new applications and systems to SailPoint, including source and target integrations and lifecycle logic
- We build and configure connectors, schemas, transformations and policies within SailPoint
- We test and validate onboarding solutions end-to-end and ensure sustainable manageability
- We work closely with authorization managers and the RAM team on role models for applications
- We improve and further standardize the onboarding process together with the team
- We take ownership of correctly, consistently and future-proof onboarding of applications, data sources and systems
Description

We work on the energy transition with a technically oriented IAM team within ART IAM, where you will be part of the SID team of five IAM specialists, supported by a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. We work hybrid from Arnhem and Amsterdam, with fixed collaboration days on Monday in Arnhem at the Park Tower and Thursday in Amsterdam at Basisweg 20, and sometimes from Haarlem. This role is for 32 to 40 hours per week, and we offer a competitive salary, an Individual Choice Budget, 24.5 days of holiday, an end-of-year bonus, a sustainable employability budget, and the flexibility to combine office and home working where possible.
