Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt ervaring als Technical Product Owner en bent bekend met digitale platformen.
- Je hebt kennis van applicaties zoals HubSpot, Django/Wagtail CMS en Business Central Online.
- Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van technische architectuur- en integratierichtlijnen.
- Je kunt externe ontwikkelaars begeleiden en aansturen.
- Je hebt vaardigheden in functioneel beheer van applicaties en het ondersteunen van gebruikers.
- Je hebt kennis van workflows, automatiseringen en API-integraties binnen HubSpot.
- Ervaring met datakwaliteit en mapping is een pluspunt.
- Je kunt goed communiceren en coördineren tussen diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Als Technical Product Owner ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de technische continuïteit en doorontwikkeling van onze digitale platformen.
- Ik bepaal de juiste applicaties voor ons platform en toekomstige uitbreidingen en adviseer over integraties tussen verschillende systemen.
- Ik begeleid en stuur externe developers aan en bewaak de kwaliteit en voortgang van hun werkzaamheden.
- Ik zorg voor functioneel beheer van onze applicaties en ondersteun gebruikers bij operationele vragen.
- Ik monitor en volg SLA's op en test nieuwe functionaliteiten en integraties.
- Ik stem werkzaamheden af met development, applicatiebeheer, IT-beheer en stakeholders, en stel een roadmap op om features en releases te prioriteren.
- Tenslotte coördineer ik testen, kwaliteitsborging en documentatie en ondersteun ik besluitvorming met het managementteam.
