Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles
- Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a consulting mindset: the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience guiding client teams and driving technical decision-making
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- A drive to learn, improve, and share knowledge - both internally and with the broader tech community
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of modern data platform architectures for a variety of clients
- Translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and data solutions
- Guide clients in adopting best practices for data governance, security, and scalability
- Oversee implementation across cloud environments like Azure or AWS
- Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned and deliver measurable impact
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and assess how they can enhance our clients data capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, both within Xomnia and at client sites
