Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 jaar Salesforce-ervaring
- Solide Flow-skills en sterk in permission-ontwerp
- Ervaring met Dataloader of SF Inspector, rapportageformules en dashboard-design
- Begrip van UAT/regressietesten, testdata en documentatie
- Sterke spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid in het Nederlands (requirements, release notes) en eigenaarschap
- Certificeringen zoals Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Business Analyst of Sales/Service Cloud (streepje voor)
- Kennis van Sales/Service Cloud, External Services en Platform Events (streepje voor)
- Basiservaring met DevOps Center en Git (streepje voor)
- Ervaring met Mysolution en/of de staffing- en recruitmentbranche (streepje voor)
Responsibilities
- Discovery & analyse: interviews, procesmodellering, user stories (GWT) en acceptatiecriteria
- Configuratie: Flows (record/scheduled/screen), validaties, dynamic forms/actions
- Security: permission sets en set groups, FLS/sharing, restriction rules
- Data & rapportage: Dataloader, duplicates, rapporten en dashboards (inclusief row-level formulas)
- Integraties: basis-APIs, External Services, Platform Events (light), samenwerken met developers en architecten
- Release: changes voorbereiden, UAT begeleiden, release notes en how-tos opstellen
